Growing up in a family of four and being the eldest male in his family, Dr. Moise Durocher received a robust formal and family education. After completing secondary education at Centre De Formation Classique (CFC) in Port-au-Prince Haiti. Dr. Durocher went on to complete his undergraduate degree at Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo (ESPOCH) in Riobamba, Ecuador. He went on to pursue both a Master and Doctoral degree at the University Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo (ESPOCH) in Riobamba, Ecuador ,then jointly at both ESPOCH and Chihuahua in Mexico a post-Doctoral in experimental design in statistics, data, factorial, correspondence analyses with a concentration in physics. Dr. Durocher taught for many years for ESPOCH. He became the assistant director of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador (PUCE) for 2 years and was responsible for hydro-ecology and mathematics department for the university. Then, Dr. Durocher went to South Korea to pursue a study in strategy of economic of development. Dr. Durocher worked for the Haitian government for 15 years. He served as Chief of staff for 3 years. He also served chief of identification for various Haitian presidents. Dr. Durocher is passionate about leading future generations in achieving their highest potentials. He lives by his motto “tend vers plus infini”, which helps Dr. Durocher to move forward with positivity and see challenges as opportunities. Dr. Durocher vision is to create a strong community in his homeland where he believes law and order is to be respected. Moise currently resides in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania with his loving family.
